The WPT stock closed at $1.04 on the first of July, and has been at under a dollar ever since… A Florida casino will soon be hosting an event known as the High Heels Poker Tour, a ladies friendly poker tournament with affordable buy ins and a chance to pick up a sizeable cash prize. Satellites are currently running at the Isle Racing and Casino at Pompano Park, and the next satellite will run on August 23rd, with a buy in of $60. Forty dollar rebuys are also available during the first hour of play, and the High Heels Poker Tour Open will be held on August 30th… The River Cree Resort is the place where the Canadian Poker Tour is holding its upcoming Labor Day poker event, and the TV cameras will be on hand to capture all the action for later broadcast. The events include two $200, one $300, one $1,000, and one $2,500 event.
